@link010125 like what he did at 4:38? just lock on while your x-ray visor is on. it usually happens automatically. i dont think you need it though, you can see the orange spots just as easily without it.

Heres a tip, when he gets that chest plating,

when he uses the little orbs quickly shoot the 2

orbs

i think that just 2 charged nova beam shots are enough to stun him, so i think charging up and waiting for him to roar is the easiest way to beat this boss

can or can't. what makes him hard is he tries to regenerate those orbs. if you are slow it can take some time. w/ omega his attacks can be easily dodged if you time it right.
