SENIOR SERVANT NEW DESTINY COMMUNITY CHURCH OF MEMPHIS CALL ME 901-300-NDCC. WE ARE A LOVING CHURCH THAT LOVES TO LOVE PEOPLE!!!!

  • @redwell26 I am glad that commented. You know, your Uncle is blessed with a gift to write and/or re-arrange music. He has been used to create some of the best songs Fellowship has presented. I often remember just studying the things Bryant did on the piano and organ during my time at Fellowship. It has been my desire to just sit with him and Eric Thomas at the keys and absorb whatever I can from these two talented Chicago musicians.

May God BLESS you and your family, redwell26.

  • Rev. Clay Evans and Bishop GE Patterson will forever be the Kings of Television Media Ministry forever.

  • This was every saturday night on tv 38 when i was growing up in chicago, and this was the night broadcast that came on at 9 on sunday nights. Thank you for posting this and bring this back.

  • yes, yes, yes the annointing was always there. i remember like it was yesterday,oh my god it was such an expreience to be in attendance

  • Stanley35 is there another church, presently, that sings like this in Chicago? I pray that God wont let this type of annointed service disappear. I can remember times when I would leave Fellowship I had to set in my car and get myself together. The annointing was everywhere in Fellowship.

  • This brings back memories.

  • what year is this?

  • YES GOD!!! ANOTHER DAY AT THE SHIP!!!!

  • Now this is what I miss being home in Chicago;tuning in to "The Ship's" Sunday night broadcast. I wish yjere were a church here (VA) I could tune into that has church like this.

  • I used to listen to Dr. Evans and The Ship on the radio on their live Sunday night service at 10 PM(Eastern Time) on Chicago station WLUP and i miss that hand-clapping and toe-tapping good gospel singing by the choir and the persuasive and powerful preaching of my fellow pulpiteer and one of my favorite televangelists,Dr. Evans.

  • The piano music is so great and classic. He is very skilled and talented.

  • is that clay evans son at the beginning? he looks just like him

  • No, that's Art Bonds, one of the church announcers. Rev. Evans' son (one of them, at least), is playing the piano on this one. His name is Ralph---one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Plus, he knows how to play that old-school flavor of piano with a little jazz/blues influence.

Be blessed in all you think and do for the Lord, our God!!

  • Is his son a minister?

  • He only had daughters

  • Hi, Evangelist!! Are you stating that Pastor Evans only has daughters? If so, this is incorrect.

Let me know whether or not I am understanding your statement.

    Be blessed, Doc!!!

  • Rev.Evans has Two daughters and two sons. One daughter, Diane, passed away around 1998. One of his sons, Ralph,is playing piano on this clip. the other son, Michael,is on the deacon board, and is his eldest son.

  • I met Ralph in person at Fellowship in the mid 90s. Ralph is a very kind first class gentleman. I nickname him 'Mr. Piano'.

  • For some reason I use to love when she sings the verse and walks away when the tempo changes...

  • The timing that Loretta has is impeccable. She has a truly amazing voice. Her singing there; reminds me when she was singing on the James Cleveland youth choir, where Albertina Walker was the guest soloist. Look where God hs brought Loretta. Where is she now; I hear Pastor has retired, do we have a posting of his retirement service? It had to be an awesome service.

  • The one and only Loretta Oliver, she know she can Saaang

  • Sing LORETTA!!!

  • MAN this takes me back!!! i remember going to Fellowship and being in awe of the church and the history and annointing that was there!

  • WOW.. was hoping somebody would post this part....
