great video! pits are great dogs, ask any vet or vet tech. I'm a proud owner of three pits that were all rescued, and i'm a vet tech.

I don't believe in any breed bans-" punish the deed, not the breed". In the majority of cases the pits were mistreated.

The top three breeds for dogbites are cockers, dalmatians and chihuahua's. Can you imagine the outrage if they talked about banning these breeds?

I agree that humans are to blame and the poor dogs injuries and mistreatent is shocking. Dog fighters chould be jailed for 20 years! Still, having been threatened by a pit bull I think the breed should be outlawed. All existing pit bulls should be sterilised IMHO. We don't have the right to kill an innocent dog, but having perosnally experienced how this breed can snap, I can never support them as a breed, but I understand how people can always be much worse.

People who blame a specific breed for inherant aggression are ignorant. Any dog will be aggressive toward people if trained to do so. Pitbulls are fantastic dogs. People abuse the terrier's drive and willingness to work, and abuse the dogs so they fight to entertain their owners. Humans are the vicious ones, not the dogs. We love Pit Bulls..I couldn't agree more with this video. We owned a Pitbull. His name was Popsicle and he was a recognized "Federal Agent". When he retired, we brought him home. He was the sweetest dog ever. He shared his last years with 3 boxers. If you want to read more about him, just do a serch on Popsicle the Pitbull or Popsicle the canine.
