hey. im new to running and just wondering this question. do some poeple walk at all in 5k races? like run 10 mins then take a minute break walking then run again?
Some of the Mount Laurel Striders came up from NJ to run this race! We love flat & fast! We will be there next year! Great cause in a nice town! Go Striders!

@PsychoThug66 Yeah, many 5k races welcome walkers. However, if you're going to participate in a 5k RACE, you might as well just run the whole thing.
