In this current scene, Maya has just realized that her initial reluctance to get married five years prior to her childhood friend was correct. Her statement becomes prophetic.

i agree with you, about finding love after marraige with soemone else, but the minute Maya realised on that train station that she & Dev are "MORE THEN FRIENDS" they should have either decided to seperate with their spouses, if not- then the day Dev saw Rhea & Maya coming towards him, he chose Rhea. They should have been more mature on their part and discussed it. NO WAY CHEATING or any other sort of INFIDELITY is option. i mean no restrictions on being together. that is your individual right.

Esay 2say Difficult 2do.Having an affair is complicated. At the beginning everything seems quite normal and free and quiet but it's the calm before the storm. Dev and Maya tried to be *honest* at their own level because the elders/seniors kinda force them to.Would you tell to your life partner "hey honey btw i've cheated on you!"*?We have to understand that lies is a part of marriage. Not the best part but it is a part of it.Because most of the times people just don't know why they cheat.
