@badkarma1043 While there's several calculators out there, it's something that you will have to figure out.
The concepts are pretty easy to understand... More protein for someone with a higher lean body mass index. Carbs - you have to figure that one out yourself... base it on your goal. Fats - that part takes the most discipline to handle. ex, consuming 50fat per day during cutting... You don't necessarily need a ton of fat offseason for performance either, carbs generally help performance
@ze1nikO if you put ice cream in your diet, then you gotta watch your fats even more so than the carbs. Normal ice cream generally has a ton of fat and obviously plenty of carbs that will suck up your macros way faster than something like brown rice ever could lol.
How do you keep track of fruits and vegetables in terms of macros?
Also, try to make a video dedicated to the cardio routine that you used to burn fat (I'm not referring to the cardio routine you use now for maintenance). It would really help.
