i find that people who are miserable or sad or just don't have a good support system/friends/family are generally the ones who are negative. when i am in a good place and happy then it is easier for me to make allowances for negative people and just be grateful that i'm not in their shoes, and not take it personal.

U R very right in the happiness thing but I also find when you send out positive vibes to everyone around you it begins to take over the negative and slowly it's very easy to become grateful for all the things big and small. I always love ur viideos but this one I absolutely LOVE, going into the Favorites! :) Ur spirit is so wonderful and thank u for posting this vide, it is rite on time for me b/c I'm dealing with this (but who hasn't rite?) lol turn a negative into a positive picture, is my motto that I try to live by...ur beautiful inside and out and if u got haters, u must be doing something rite!! :) lol

I guess 5 months without it was a blessing..lol..but in life no one is exempt...the diff is how we deal with it...putting urself on camera on the web/YT, u make urself a target..but yeah since recent events it was time to post it, I was hesitant because it's not my usual hair and vegan stuff...cheers :))
