  • BACK WHEN MUSIC HAD BALLS!!!!

  • This was tremendously fresh when it first came out ; and it's still a deadly tune . Just when you thought it was coming to a close they just kept right on rollin' .

  • i class this with autobahn and inna godda davida.there are many more long songs but these 3 pop out of R&R history.who set the lenght of a 45 to 1:59 anyway?

  • @15waq1e3w2 Die on cancer, kthnxbye

  • last time i listened long songs on this yewtube bitch

  • how do movie post get passed the 10 min rule~

  • @nombrecat upload it ok

  • These were some mean ass White Boys. I remember them

  • these white boys were BAD!!!

  • I saw them in concert in Nashville in 70 and this song played for 23 minutes then. There was the 11 minute drum solo in the middle with 8 minutes played with no sticks. Just KNUCKLES..OW! I also have the original vinyl album and had it autographed. Always had front tiks and backstg passes. Worked part-time as a programmer for an AM Rock Station..WMAK 1300 in Nashville..Scott Shannon was the 8 to mid-nite DJ.

they are still one of my favorite bands. as bob hope would say thanks for the memories.

  • This song is one of the best thrill of my life.

  • The long version :-)

  • this is the best version of get ready ador it ¡ thanks laurensj89 i was it

  • This sight was done so very well, I will visit it again,,,,love the song ...you did a great job whoever disigned it...

  • does som1 want the original version from the cd? (my father has that vinyl and the cd) the full track lengh is 21:29, if u guys want it pm me and i'll upload it for you ;)

  • @nombrecat This is the original version of the song. The only reason why its shorter, is because its divided into three parts. Otherwise YT won't accept is, due to its 10min limit on videos. When you click the playlist I made, the song can be played in one part.

  • @laurensj89 i'm just sayin that if someone wants that version (the one u've uploaded) in just one track for his/her personal use, i can upload it for you, just wanted people to know this

    peace man :D

btw: i love this song man ;) nice channel, subscribing

  • @laurensj89 There's a difference between live originals and vinyl-no-screaming-crowds ;) As soon as that first screeching owl is heard, I cringe :(

  • @angelicsolace I like the 'screeching owl' for being some kind of trippy and atmospheric when you fully concentrate on the instruments and try to ignore the screaming. But one sure thing is that a live audience does its jobs just a little better!

  • @nombrecat YES PLEASE Go to aslan4me on YouTube and that will be me Thanx from an old hippy from the good old days

  • this is the version!

  • The Best song of all Times, Great.

    Greetz from Holland

  • I,ve seen these guys @ BartoninLR,ar.5 times Between 1973 and1975 Big Jake is badass RIP ssdewayne

  • Hard to say if the audience noise is canned or just faded out intentionally by the producers, but you're right - some of it seems very repetitive, and crowds aren't THAT well behaved.

It's still a kick-ass jam session, no matter what. Thanks for posting.

  • My goldie teenager era is written in this song ....this song is like an orgasm.....70s !!! Alla in Lima , Peru cuando era un chiquillo en el colegio y bailaba esta cancion como si fuera la ultima vez.

  • @alamosolo I couldn't have said it better:)

  • @laurensj89 Actually I just thought your reply to 00map00 was nice and I thought I'd say Thanks for highlighting the beautiful French language. I actually came here for the music, I'm a Rare Earth fan. My family is from the Netherlands actually so this is kind of cool. Sorry if you had me wrong.

  • @jenzeppelin In that case I must ask you to forgive me for my rude remarks. It was definitely a misunderstanding, probably because my French is far from good, which is obviously a bad thing. I think it's pretty cool that you have a dutch family, maybe we are some distant relatives xD.

  • Love it!
