and also the sierra logo intro :D (/watch?v=soB8LXeupT4 it's from half life 1 but it is the same as in hwc with slight sound differences)

It'd be great if Relic/Sierra would remake both Homeworlds this way then they would be superb compared to the original versions. Also a remake of Homeworld Cataclysm in the same fashion as this vid.
Someone needs to remake Homeworld 1 with improved graphics and maybe some updated controls (i.e. able to target enemies while in sensor mode, waypoints, etc.).

@Turanic1 Thanks for commenting! I must have forgotten to list the programs I used, they were Newtek Lightwave and Adobe After Effects. The engine trails aren't particularly complicated, it was just a stream of yellow hypervoxel clouds rendered out from Lightwave then duplicated, blurred, and levels adjusted in After Effects to create the inner core, middle, outer core, glows, etc. Cheers!
