  • just give filipinos some good resources and BAM! magic.

  • @alagangan Nice work guys! I was wondering, how do you make the glass of the front windshield and the others? Thanks!

  • @heiken01 Thank you. The windshield is a custom-made laminated automotive glass. We fabricated the steel mold based on our design and a glass manufacturer formed the glass using our mold.

  • @alagangan ok am in the caribbean but i need the kit for a toyota corolla ae100 i have the pics and all that as how i want it to look, but seeing your video i really think that u the one that can get me some help in what am looking for

  • CONGRATULATIONS, it's EXELLENT :D

  • @nicogaudioso Thank you very much! Comments like these help us to go on even in tough times.

  • How about a car design that is 3 inches higher than the standard vehicle and a higher ceiling for those with back problems, that is not a SUV a 4 door sedan that is balance and sporty. is that possible? an interested consumer, thanx

  • @SirCaseyHollywood

Our Genius mUV is actually 4 inches taller than most sedans. It has a higher ceiling and an upright seating position that is comparable to minivans. I think a crossover car like the BMW X6 is the vehicle you're looking for.

I believe there is no limit to what dimensions you want your car designed. Making it look balanced is a litte tricky, but it is possible.

  • @alagangan thanx for the response, I was thinking of a limo concept, similar to the lenght of the 1963 lincoln towncar, a little higher on the ground, that a 6' man can stand , suicide doors maybe, but well balanced. look forward to your response

  • that is a beautiful f*cking machine...

  • Very nice car. How much was it to make the body and chassis?

  • do i get a discount for being filipino? XD

  • woooouu great job and dedication amazing ...

  • very nice indeed, proudly pinoy!

  • Actually exciting yung mga first months kasi you'll be able to create the foam model early. Medyo challenging na yun phase ng finishing kasi months will pass by at halos walang visible na improvement. Yung mga taong tumitingin sa gawa mo na at first e very excited, sa finishing phase e medyo maiinip na. So wala ka nang huhugutan ng courage but yourself .

  • Yung full-size model is made of polyurethane foam covered with FRP tapos may top-coat na sandable resin. Minsan hindi masyadong napapansin while making the 3D model. Kaya marami ring kailangang i-adjust na mga details while doing the finishing work. Actually yung finishing work ang pinakamatagal. More than 70% ng total manhours ang nako-consume sa pag-finish.

  • Chiichan, yung design starts from sketch lang, pero maraming dapat i-consider lalo na sa ergonomics and crumple zone at mga regulation na dapat i-satisfy. Even as early as sketching phase pa lang dapat kino-consider mo na lahat yun. Pag-satisfied kana sa CAD model, pwede ng gawin yung full-size model using section profiles from the CAD model.

  • Thanks guys for the comments.

Actually on-hold yang project na yan. I'm still finding ways to convince my investors to continue the project kaya ako nag upload ng videos sa youtube. Your comments means a lot to us.
