I play it slightly different on the back end with a Bm to D and then C..it just sounds a bit better to me but I think your version is technically correct..your intro is spot on--

like many of PF songs it has that dreamy feel to it..not near as complicated as YES songs but smooth like a morphine drip...

Nice job! That dropping the E to a D gives it great balance. That tune has to be one of the top 3 pink floyd favs of mine.

Hey, The big E is indeed dropped to a D. this is not necessary but gives good bottom end when playing.
