Movie 1 is just after episode 35. So It's not really a continuation, but movie 2 is.

clow reed was the dude that created the clow cards and kero and yue san. he had lots of magical power. and he knew he was going to die so then he sealed the cards or something so they could find a new master; sakura. hopes that clears things up? doesnt cardcaptors rock? =) =D yes i know it does xD
