Yeah he does. Bad sprites. I bet a real game developer could make some amazing use of mugen. I was thinking about drawing and creating animations from scratch. Like my own goku and so on. It would take a lot of work and I wouldn't be getting paid for it. It would have to be for the love of it. :)
