@UltimateLASER The boost only effects the racial power, not the passive bonuses. Dark Elves are still a good choice to play a vampire though. I suggest catering to the vampire strengths if you want to get the most out of it. Like illusion and stealth. Frenzy is pretty fun as a vampire

Werewolf is good only if you rush right through to the end of the companions quest, get the special totem powers for werewolfism and the werewolf necklace, and invest a little in alteration, since fleshspells/dragonhide still work over your werewolfy-ness. Vampires are good for invests in conjuration and restoration (Alteration too, but not as much as werewolf) and the fire weakness can easily be over come via enchanting/ BEING A DARK ELF.

I still say that vampires go thru a hassle of hell. More improvement and the werewolves are pretty powerful. i still like being a vampire and since I play on the console (PS3)...I can't use the command cheats. It's a lot more challenging but thanks for the vid this helped a lot. Like shinagamizaraki says the cons of a vampire are dislike...moreso than werewolves because they are debilitating to the character.

its a shame... non powergamers dont check such combos and will always say vampires sucks....fact is yeah...vampires should been improved by DLC (or very good mod) but werewolfes....IMO wihtout cons (example a full moon forced tranformation it is boring) Vampire = bad Werewolf = boring......but your vid made the vamp 25%(thats an amazing bonus) Better ; )

Still, the Vampire does hold a lot of cons as well. Cons a lot of people dislike enough to not be a vampire.

Either way, I enjoy both werewolves and vampires, so I'm gonna play at least one game as a werewolf, and at least one as a vampire, so this really helps me out for at least one character. Thanks.
