for those ppl who r not that far into the game where u can go to this part of the map without the cops coming after u. if u want this car and if ur far enough into the game where u can do races then do some races and wait till u see this car and if one of the racers has it just walk up to the car and shoot em and take it. once u take it u will see a shit load of em driving around.

I played GTA IV :EFLC and the side missions AKA Drug Wars will spawn Sultan RS when stealing/highjacking. The enemies AKA those who you are going to highjack or steal will parked this cars at some places where you have to go and steal/kill.

In GTA 4,the more times you drive the certain sports car,the more times you will see on the streets or seeing on the road driving and you can STEAL THEM!!! xD

@SS4Gogeta4135 I have got an Xbox 360 and I am always going to that spot and stealing the Sultan RS with no problems. I have never been chased by the police from breaking into and stealing it. It has the fastest acceleration in the game not including the motorbikes. Also when you steal it from that location you will notice that loads of people are suddenly driving around in them on the roads so you can steal another if the one you initially stole gets damaged. It’s my favourite vehicle.

I got this car, but, cops were chasing me, it was six stars, first started the game, had access to cell phone, chose attack heli, went to target, got car, cop chasing again, went through THREE roadblocks. THREE ROADBLOCKS! I saved it, still got the car. Whoo! Thanks for the tutorial.

if you drive a Turismo around middle park there is an extemely low chance that a Sultan RS will spawn, i've done it about 6 times. not sure if this trick is PC only though, the RNG could be rooted

@ColbyyP He means blow off valve. Its the hissing sound you hear when the driver lets of the throttle or shifts gears. It make a hissing sound because its dumping excess air that is spooled from the turbo. It does this to prevent surge compression so the turbo does wear out too fast.

I stumbled upon this car while just wandering around. At first I thought it was a junker wreck, but then got in and was pleasantly surprised. The car is wicked fast and makes great turbo sounds, but it's so light that it is easy to get out of control with it.
