Makita all day long I have used them for 10 years not just the battery stuff but 110 as well the only range what was crap was the mxt stuff
Dewalt in my opinion just don't last the gear boxes go because they are cheaply made who is it that own's them black and decker I think what a load of crap and there 110 stuff just can not compete with makita
@jumpingluke There's at least 20 construction crews building a 3-story apartment complex were I'm working. All you see all over the construction site being used 8 to 12 hours a day are yellow tools everywhere you look. Yellow all over the place. Some hilti's.Guess all these construction companies are total retards for buying crappy ugly dewalts when they could have had "pretty" Makita's that work so much more better? Only retards think dewalts are yellow black & deckers. B&D for home use
go with dewalt or milwaukee im not saying makitas a bad bran or anything but there batteries are pretty unpredictable when it comes down to how long they last. and i don't mean how long they last on a charge i mean how long of the lifespan of the battery overall. every carpenter and builder i see has a dewalt or a milwaukee and you know what i have not see any other cordless drill on the market today that has the torque the that dewalts have. and iv'e had a few of them so go with the good stuff.

I don't know. My dad had a dewalt for about ten years and it still works like new. I like dewalt though. Makita looks like it was made in china.
