I've been playing Skyrim for over a week now and its not buggy at all. Just once every couple days you'll get a crash for no reason and I only saw something like this once and it was probably how the enemy died where it was standing and the death animation or something. Its alot better thn their other games. Just don't download the patch they just released that makes the dragons fly backwards and the resistances not work. lol But seriously Skyrim is so good.

to do this glitch all you have to do is no clip through the building of where that suicide bomber is in Vernon Square (before he sets of the bombs of course) from the opposite side of the building not the side where the mines are. Once you get inside he'll blow himself up and the result is this video.
