But, if I were applying for a position in which a relapse could affect others, I would completely understand people wanting to know who takes over if I can no longer perform my job would be qualified. I do believe this is important. It should be screened to take out the embarrassing parts, let a panel of doctors determine this. I fact, make a panel of doctors who are all independent who should screen all candidates and give them a full bill of health prior to running. This should be done because lets be honest, I agree Palin should NEVER be president under any circumstance. The panel should then release only information they deem relivant, everything else confidential.

Folks, I've had a couple of battles with cancer. Have I dealt with fear & bias from people because of it, of course. But, if I were applying for a position in which a relapse could affect others, I would completely understand people wanting to know who takes over if I can no longer perform my job would be qualified. The issue is that Gov. Palin may be qualified for something, but President of the US isn't one of them. It's about Palin, not McCain's health.

I do believe this is important. It should be screened to take out the embarrassing parts, let a panel of doctors determine this. I fact, make a panel of doctors who are all independent who should screen all candidates and give them a full bill of health prior to running. This should be done because lets be honest, I agree Palin should NEVER be president under any circumstance. The panel should then release only information they deem relivant, everything else confidential.

I actually agree with parts of this, Obama has promised big. The difference that I've noticed between the two is that Obama actually explains HOW he's going to go about fixing the economy. McCain just says "I'll keep your taxes low, Joe, I'll help you buy that business" and doesn't get into the specific of how he will do it.
I recently voted left in my country after 3 good terms and 1 bad term of right. The left promised big, I was willing to give them a chance. Vote Obama, give him a chance.

Obama comes across well. Charisma, Harvard Law, good speaker (most lawyers are.) Hes calm, on message, chooses his words very carefully (almost too carefully). The greatest leaders are not necessarily the most eloquent or polished. In business Ive met many good talkers that tell the people what they want to hear (aka, people pleasers) but in the end are ineffective & ultimately disappoint. A desire for Change & Media Bias is giving Obama an unfair advantage (+ outspending McCain 5+-1)...

Anyway, with endless cash flow (over a half billion $ in private donations (?) and a glossy no questions asked campaign, he will most likely be our next President, even without my vote. Oh please, Obama hasn't even produced his birth certificate yet to the federal judge who needs to see it to verify he even meets the requirement that he be born an American citizen in order to be elected president.
