6.7 sec 0-60...makes me wonder how another reviewer(forgot which company) rated it at 7.5....boy were they waaaaaaaaay off....i want to say it was motortrend but im not sure...
@bg1379...thats true...but jap cars that are assembled in the U.S. stimulates the economy and puts money back in america...where as american cars assembled in mexico employs mexicans....etc.
@rsxzx6r The new LaCrosse is designed in China and built in Canada. There is nothing American about it. A Camry/Accord is far more American. The fact the US taxpayers own GM and they continue to play their schemes disgusts me and I am repulsed by their tactics.
I wouldn't pay a cent for any Lexus. Terrible vehicles. They just halted sales of the GX470 because that POS can't remain on the road without flipping over.
600K Sienna's were also recalled for rusting spare tire holding cables.
@th3ha1og0d Worth double FINANCIALLY idiot. I personally would never buy a Japanese car but I am certainly sure they are better than any GM. As for recalls, GM is the king of recalls, I don't know what you're talking about. Just in March they recalled 1.3 million compacts for steering problems.
To me, a car is only worth what I'm willing to pay for it.
FYI the reason for a GM recall was for a failure in the electronic power steering (meaning that the car will still have steering, just not power if the unit fails). It might interest you to know that the actual part involved in the recall was supplied by a subsidiary of TOYOTA. Toyota has many, many more cars than GM which use that part. Dumbass.
Yes you're right I'm poor can you please give me money? If not I guess I'll have to go hop in a Toyota and pray it accelerates through a wall and kills me. Even when all that happens, you are still A BIG CHICKEN SLUT
@th3ha1og0d 40 years old and spewing ignorant shit about pro automotive journalists online.....maybe you should go cry in a ditch or something?....you need to grow up....seriously..
Japanese cars aren't Japanese, etc. etc. When it comes down to it, the profits of an American car go to America (taxes. . . ) while the purchase of a Toyota goes to Japan.
Chinese designed by GM China. It looks good because Americans didn't design it. Its about time Buick got some fresh design ideas from GM's global design network.
280 hp? I'd send it to Lingenfelter and see if they can get me 350 hp. LOL!
I kid. It's plenty enough ponies for me. Thanks, Steve. Your reviews are completely pragmatic.

@triplexxxsatyr Wouldn't a Callaway LaCrosse be fun, too?

Or a Katech LaCrosse, too? Sure! Why not? LOL!

Pardon me, perhaps dyslexia is setting in. The car is a LaCrosse CXS, as Mr.Rams27 noted. My mistake.

Hey Steve, its a Lacrosse CXS not CSX.

@MrRams27 No, it's CSX.

Please, stop the lies. Thanks.

@im1greatman They are designed in China now. SOME LaCrosses are built in Kentucky while ZERO Regals will be built in the US.

Good review it's nice to hear a car critic that says positive things about a American car!. GM did a great job on this car.
