Duh. I just realized that Sam is likely short for Samhain. I've read somewhere that there will be an Easter-related tale. It's supposed to feature some family gathering that goes horrifying awry, all while Sam watches the chaos ensue through a window. That's not even the best part; he's also wearing a bunny costume.

I really REALLY wish we could have more Trick'r Treat. I mean, I love this short but what I'd love even more would be a new, full-length Sam-cenntric film for Halloween... or even a 30 minute TV special. It's nice that Sam is a sort of underground (way underground!) cult character, but I'd gladly give him up to the mainstream if we could see a little more of him.
