Fortunately, the subscription bar is staying down and the autoplay is staying off now. In the beginning I had to select off and down with each video. I have absolutely no use for that subscription bar. All in all, I guess YouTube's just trying to get people to go through more videos.

I just wish YouTube had given us an option to disable it, or to make it the little box in the upper right corner the way it used to be--which worked JUST FINE!--but instead I had to download an add-on for Firefox and install a script to get rid of the infernal thing. (The software equivalent of using a sledgehammer.)
