Mr. Goodmon asks an important question - Why did Culver City ask for and receive an above grade crossing design and Los Angeles will not?

And he also points out what happens to most citizens discover when they bring their concerns to City Council - They don't listen and they don't even pretend to pay attention. Many Councilmembers are outside of the chambers conducting other business while their vote is automatically set to cast a "yes" vote.
