Apparently, the newer type D's have different screws and cores, so they unscrew themselves. You need to find an old type D, or get a Yuga which is basically the same.

buy a new type a core

remove the whole red side and put a little superglue in the core , and wait for it to dry and then assemble it again. it worked for me

i got a new core so now its better
