この曲、1980年代初頭に立木義浩氏主演の「ダイハツシャルマン」のCMで背後に流れていたような記憶が（うっすらした記憶）あります。
その数年後、1983-84年に味の素「Cook Do」やサントリーのCMで使われていたことを鮮明に思い出します。渋く叙情性に富んだ不朽の名作ですね。
