Basically whoever wins the POV this week has all the power...if its someone who is up on the block, they will be able to take themself off, and they will also have the ability to vote out whoever they want.
I was surprised Memphis didn't win HOH, but I think he did try. Expect him to go all out to win the veto...
Hopefully Keesha wins...and winds up sending Memphis to the jury!

If keesha wins the veto and evicts jerry, that would probably be the worst move of the season along with Jerry putting up Keesha/Dan.
