I'm not the biggest Quiet Riot fan, but damn, sucks to see the guy go. I only saw him live once, in 2006, and he was on fire. Wearing the same leopard skin suit (that he said came with a free bowl of soup) and wig, but hey... And he was funny as hell too. It's always the good ones that go first.

QR was here in my country Argentina back in 1984 and the band rocks, was a wild show!

QR also had a magic tandem: Randy Rhoads and Rudy Sarzo in the early years.

I think Kevin was a very funny guy and a great singer and showman!

Thank You so much for posting this.. I met Kevin on the Metal Health tour in '83, I was a sophmore in High School. Great guy, he will truly be missed..... I can hear Kevin and Randy jamming out right now in Rock and Roll Heaven!!!!

Definitely will miss them. Had the opportunity to see them for the first time in the early nineties at a club called The Rocket Club in Tampa. Small venue and omg did they rock. Saw them again a couple years ago and they didn't miss a beat. They will sorely be missed. :(

My total respect for Kevin DuBrow... he sounded exactly as the record sounded almost 25 years ago, and no matter how much they joke about his late wigs and the pounds he has weight, the guy was a total class act. RIP
