The song is about the beautifull and at the same time destructive power of water. I'll try to translate the lyrics for you:

Our eyes could see, ever since the light shone on the land

But with the breaking of the dikes,

As long as waves can 'be mad' (something like crush the land)

So can no longer live, in ordinary certainty
