jorge is a beast and his bjj is great to whome ever thinks otherwise. he hasnt had a bad run in ufc, hes lost two fights outta 4, diego sanchez has lost twice, same with koscheck and there still considered top fighters. shouldnt even count jorges loss to hominick, he ran like a puss everytime jorge tried to take him down or exchange. judges were stoned that night or something

Just because I'm a musician doesn't mean my opinion isn't valid. I do train and I've been into mma since 1995. Gurgel simply isn't cut out for the elite level. He lost to Von Flue and Abadi almost beat him. I wouldn't be so hard on him if his mouth wasn't so huge. So you can suck it.

Dude, If your a musician, I hope you have better knowledge of music than MMA. When he lost to Jason Von Flue, Jorge went through the entire UF 2 series and fought, with a completly torn ACL in his left knee. Then, he had surgery to replace, not repair, the ACL, then fought again. His only other loss was to Mike Hommrick (sp) and if you watched that fight, he ran from Jorge, turned his back and ran several times.
