  • nice high colors!

  • If you want to switch her to rats you could try scenting them with chicken broth or soiled mice bedding. Beautiful snake!

  • How often does she eat?

  • Does anyone know if these snakes are pissy

  • @ColdBlooded97 yes they are a very aggressive snake but if you bond with it at an early age it is possible to have a calm jungle python. I'm working on mine at the moment. she's a 2 month old and very feisty. Starting to wonder if I'm ever going to be able to pick her up without getting bitten at least 20 times

  • thats one nice jungel carpet python !!!!!

  • beautiful snake!

  • i have a JCP, its 3 and a half months old and is around a foot long. i have a really big enclosure and am looking for a bigger snake that is going to fit better in the enclosure. if anyone has or knows of some one that has a bigger snake please comment back... p.s looking to do straight swap

  • Beautiful Jcp. Most of them that I see on here are dull and look like they are from bad bloodlines, but yours is bright and beautiful. Nice snake.

  • Nice looking JCP. How big is she. Mine is only a year an a half and is eating small rats. She is about 3 feet long

  • Amazing JCP!!! Who did u purchase her of?

  • That has got to be the best looking jungle I've ever seen!

  • why is it that people feed their snakes thawed mice, i dont really understand

  • they feed them thawd 2 reduce risk of disease or they just cant stand 2 see an animal die.

  • Hey ^^ I'm Isodora from yahoo answers ^^ I just realized it was you. lol.

  • Haha I was just looking at your videos and was wondering!

I just started uploading a vid of me just holding her tonight, already fed her on Thursday.

  • My boa won't eat hoppers yet either (still a baby) but someone suggested cross scenting to me. Thaw the rat out with a few mice so the rat smells like the mice ^^ it might work! I'm going to try this at the next feeding to see if it works.

  • Hey mate, just a suggestion but you should really be feeding her rats. JCP's can be picky when switching to rats, the younger the better you switch. Just will cost alot to feed her 7-8 mice per feeding.

  • Don't I know it! She came to me on mice and I've tried to switch her several times with no luck.

    I'll keep trying.

  • Well beautiful Jungie anyway mate, best of luck getting her onto rats.

  • maybe someone has already suggested or u have already tried but if not try getting rats that are scented like mice

  • I've tried that and pretty much everything else I could think of or read somewhere. I haven't tried in quite a while, so maybe I'll give it a go again.

  • try getting a rat and this may seem odd but get a can of like fish ,tuna, salmon or something like that and smother the rat in that but u know not alot to point u see fish dripping down the rat just enough to make the rat smell like some fish

  • sames happening to me, she was on mice for a year when I got her and now trying to get her on rats is wrecking my head.

    Beautiful snake by the way.

  • Gorgeous girl, can't wait till my boy gets that big.

Wow Americans must have done something right, your jungles are awesome!

In Australia they are natives, so we expect them to be brighter, but WOW.

  • woah! beautiful jungle! awsome contrats yellow to black! and nice feedin vid

  • I am selling a 3 week old Baby Jungle Carpet Python for $140. Interested? email me at Cjcapecod@aol

  • how big do these guys get?

  • 5-7ft and females are typically larger, also depends a lot on lineage. They tend to be slimmer snakes, about in the middle between colubrid thickness and a Ball Python's thickness.

I haven't taken a recent video, but the snake in the video is now about 3.5 to 4ft long. She's about to shed so I'll take a video at next feeding.

  • how much did it cost you for that python im thinking of getten one

  • She cost me $100, then $50 on top of that for shipping. They often cost more though depending on lineage and how the parents look.

  • I HEAR ALVIN :D
