No one ever fully announced what the S in S Club stood for. The members always said it could mean whatever you want it to mean: sexy, silly, sensibile, etc. However, a lot of people think because their manager's (Simon Fuller) name starts with an S that's where it came from. Also, they were signed with 19 management and S is the 19th letter of the alphabet.
