I hated the Nina Cortex section, whenever I tried to grapple onto the hooks, she punched straight instead, and I always fell and got killed by the Twins. And the Neo Cortex section was a little glitchy, I slide to dodge the machine gun, and it still hit me. Although this fight was frustrating as hell, I loved the Macha Bandicot part of the fight. :U

Twinsanity introduced a new style to the generic crash gameplay, they did it right and twinsanity quickly became a fan favourite. ACTIVISION tried to introduce a new way to play aswell, they fucked up.

@TheMechaninja Honestly, Twinsanity didn't really introduce anything more to the gameplay other than free roaming. It was originally going to be an RPG platformer with an enhanced combat system and many more levels, but Vivendi Universal was too afraid to take that much of a change, so they forced Traveller's Tales to cut it down to what it is now. True, it was a fan favorite, but it ended up becoming a commercial failure, which is why the recent games were such a big change to the series.

@Muhammed552 Crash babbling makes him an idiot? Look at the opening of TwinSanity. He acts like an idiot despite not talking. Nothing changed about Crash's personality, just the design and the gameplay. Adding combat and a unique, new mechanic is nothing bad. Nothing stays the same forever.

@Muhammed552 TwinSanity WAS great, but that doesn't mean the new gameplay or looks are bad. As I said, he acted like an idiot in TwinSanity too. He's always been an idiot, that's part of his charm. Why hate him in later games just because he has a new look? It's not even that different aside from the mohawk and hand tattoos. Why are Crash 'fans' so picky? At least Spyro fans appreciated Legend of Spyro generally more often than gamers here.

@MikeMsDaughter11 I know. Radical Entertainment made great games before and after, anyway. Their Hulk games and Prototype games have been excellent and the Crash games they made are no exception. They make imaginative and fun titles and the Titan/Jacking concept and the pocketing idea in Mind Over Mutant were all unique and enjoyable gameplay mechanics.

I am not a big fan of Skylanders or the recent games of Sonic the Hedgehog (Colors/Generations [I've been a big fan of Sonic since Sonic Adventure 1]), but when the games that changed the old formulas came out, I loved them. But people hate change. They hate it way too much.

@vgman94 The reason I hate change because is, I played this game through my childhood. I came back to watch a video of it. It brings chills down my spine. I loved it so much. I tried mind over mutant, it just wasn't Crash as it has been. Crash doesn't ride monsters, he smashes open crates, collects crystals, etc. I can understand how people like that game. It's just their taste. But the reason I dislike the game so much because it's not what I grew up with.

@GDH The original formula lived for 11 years before it changed and if you count the GBA games, we've had 7 classic Crash games. Why should Crash not ride monsters? Because the series didn't start like that? Why do games have to be limited to what they began as? Crash in MOM still smashes crates and collects items (Crystals have potential, but the makers wanted to try new collectibles). I respect your view as you respect mine, but I wonder why growing up with something makes it wrong to change.

It needed more development time than what it got (this applies to most PS2 Crash games, though. Especially this and Mind Over Mutant).
