how can i only color in one layer?....because i have a picture....and then i have a new layer with a optical flare....but i want to change the color of the optical flare....but with the hue saturation it always changes the colors of all layers...so how can i only edit the color of one layer...in this case the optical flare?...i would be glad about an answer...
