The general story is about how migrant workers of the future won't actually go anywhere- they will plug into the net and remote pilot construction or agriculture robots in other parts of the world. So their ass stays in Chihuahua, but their life energy is exported to richer countries.

The movie was made with a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation, so... yeah. Pay attention, this is the future.

Forget language and nationality!!! This movie is WAY better than the blurb made it out to be. SEE THIS FILM! IF you think Mexican people don't get the future, rethink what you think you know about Mexican people. This is just what I think we are near. The characters are likable and believable with their struggles to keep up with the world as it is. They have subtitles but English is spoken through out the movie. Whether you like Sci Fi, or not see this movie.

I think the concept is awesome, the execution... could be better, but probably won't be too bad, and the voice-over guy needs to be fired immediately. He lends the whole thing a feeling of... seediness, I don't know. I just don't like it.
