Janet is a great actress! She is one female musician that takes more controversial roles than the stereotypical good guy. Yes she is a good guy in her roles, but at least she has flaws that she shows to the audience. Justice in Poetic Justice, Patricia in Why Did I Get Married movies, and Jo in For Colored Girls. She can play a role where you hate her one minute than fall in love with her in the end. She could be the next black woman to get an Oscar if she keeps on.

I loved this movie up until the guy died in the crash. Then at the end, she meets someone else and moves on after a year. Her husband and kid are dead and each time, it was her fault and then she finds a new man and the audience is supposed to be happy for her? That's where the movie took a wrong turn. Your sympathy is not with Janet's character.  I thought that was a bad move.
