These are coal thugs- Anti- Americans against the First Amendment. The same coal thug that threatened to slit a 3 year old child's throat in "Mountain Madness"- invasion of the coal thugs" on the you tube video was there and threatened to kill a women again. These coal thugs should have been hauled off to jail and shipped to Russia. They are terrorists.

I posted a video response from an entirely different kind of public hearing in which I was told to leave, essentially because I held different views than the official in charge.

This happened in Indiana during a "hearing" in which the dumping of hazardous waste into an abandoned mine was essentially being tolerated by the state of Indiana. Of course the outcome was that Indiana's DNR granted the new permit.

Our government is sliding into fascism when they will not allow the people to be heard .

What future do our children have in this state when the right of an individual to speak at a public hearing is taken away by a boisterous crowd that is not only allowed to continue this activity but is encouraged by our Coal Association to do so. This is a total violation of civil rights and should be evaluated by the department of justic.
