@NguyenKhanh09 I don't think they used software in those days, it is animation the old way, taking picture after picture from different drawings. Check YouTube video dd11Frqn1M8 starting at 4:45!
This is an italian cartoon, so you might hear few italian words. Like Bonasera (sp?) which is Good evening in italian. I think it might be. I'd prefer if my italian neighbors could correct me on this one. :3
But this cartoon doesn't use language in real sense of a word. xD The cartoon is terrific and I love how Linea laughs his ass off. :D
@nath1164 Oui génial on dirait é italiano pazzo.Un peu fou mais c'est ca qui était génial!!et les dessins originaux.Génial la main qui crayonne et crée de nouvelles choses,un escalier d'autres choses...et crée des situations au mec pazzito.FOu carrèment fou avec sa voix mais drôle!!!
@officialaisa più o meno: Ha una lingua sua (inventata dal suo doppiatore Carlo Bonomi (lo stesso di pingu) ) che prende un po' di italiano, un po' di milanese e qualche parola di inglese (oltre a vari versi casuali XD)
@cypriot1965 I'm not sure, but I think he is just making random noises. That's what my mom said, because this is Italian, and my mom speaks Italian, and she didn't hear a single word that actually was a word that was in Italian. So yeah. And no affense, just for you to now. =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D =D
I remember watching this 3 decades ago on buffalo 29 ... I swear till this day it makes me laugh hysterically ... what language or gibberish IS THIS?!
When I'm 90 this will be my language of choice when I go insane.
@cypriot1965 It's hard to understand, 'cause it's not a real language ^^ It's a mix of French (maybe, it seems that I have heard some french words), other language, and Italian. I speak French and Italian, and it looks to any other language ^^ or maybe napoletano =) but don't worry, nobody (and curiously everybody) can understand!
@cypriot1965 Oh please! There's nothing to feel stupid about! :D You just didn't knew, there's much owrse out there, like a guy on another video about the "Line" stating that he's a native italian speaker and tried to correct a REAL italian native speaker. So take it easy like sunday morning, pal, you did nothing wrong. ;)
none woul ever understand 'cause it's speaking non language. there are, occasionally, spare words in Italian or better, in the italian they use(used) to speak in the Milan surroundings, but the dialog is nonsense, which is I believe part of its greatness: it is expressive and effective despite any link with language, meaning or period: it is just comedy. for ever and wherever.
Par hasard je me suis retrouvee sur La Linea, Excellent!! je me rappel de très bon souvenirs. Ce programme était au début de la soirée et j'arrêtai tout pour le voir. Ça na pas vieillie, parfait et merci
yep he does speak italian, but not completely! It's even hard for an Italian to understand what he says! ;) The person who gives his voice to "La linea" is the same of "Pingu" and "The Red and the Blue": he always speaks mixing italian, italian dialects and english... If you look for the episode of the Water Tap in "the Red & the blue" you'll clearly hear the word "medicine" in english and, one moment after that, "rubinetto" , which is definetely an italian word! :)
Indeed, I understand most of the parts because I speak Italian as well as the dialect he's using (some northern one), but in the end he's just mumbling a bit :')
I don´t think he speaks any real language... (I mean I think he mix real italian words with maybe some kind of "pretend to be italian" words.. Yes he is so funny this guy.. he always gets in trouble (he has so funny laugh...) :-)
that's true, man. just a few italian words, mixed with other languages (you can hear "the horse.." "the rifle.." " lazo..") and many "pretend to be language" words.
I like when he walks and sings: di di di di dii... and when he laughs (and spit goes everywhere) and then something bad happens to him.. and then it´s not so funny anymore...poor him.. he always gets in trouble... :-)
Vraiment excellent. L'humour monte crescendo et l'expression du "héros" est irresistible. J'adore particulièrement l'indien qui "scalpe" la linea à grands coups de tomahawk :D
Yep indeed there isn't any "language". It's a mix of blah..blah and real words spoken in the dialect of Milan I can recognize some of them in this movie. However, in general sense, "La Linea" represents a citizen of Milan walking on the road as the body language is typical of that part of Italy.
Thank you, "lageemme", I always thought that it was pretend-italian gibberish talk! Anyway in between of the gibberish you could hear "Ford" "horse" "lasso" and "rifle" :-D
he speaks any language. He uses only onomatopoeic sounds with some words taken by the dialect of Milan, for exemple "birbante" that means rascal. When the drawner gives him an hourse, you can listen that "la linea" says: aahhh the hourse!
