in addition to my previous message; After taking a second look at the film, i recognised the bend minute hand and corroded silvering on the back. it appear in the 5 part restoration movie already on this channel... Mr. Pahlow has already restored this piece... I am sorry for not paying attention...
If this piece is worth, either commercially or historically, restoring i can not answer. You are the master to answer.
Since you have posted the question, i assume the owner is willing to sell the piece to you?
If so, it might be a nice idea to make this restoration an Internet Restoration!
Before(!) you restore the piece, you can sell it on internet. You can film parts of the restoration process. The highest bidder will receive the movement, restored by you, Mr Pahlow.
I really hope you take the challenge and that you publish your incredible work here, if so I will be happy enjoing your mastery in this fascinating watchmaking art, in the same way i do with your other works in youtube and in your web. Thank you very much.
Personally I think it's a nice parts movement. I don't think it's worth restoring. It's a stem wind on top of it, so it'd have to have a whole new case made for it? If it was a keywind it would be a relatively simple fix to just put in a new balance spring, it'd probably be able to have movement after that. These kind of things sell for $50 or lower on ebay consistently.

Claro que se tiene que restaurar , esa joya de la relojeria mo debe caer en manos inexpertas que solo le restarian su valor y belleza , animô.
