Go to the Dwarf city. It in the Northwest of the map. It is actually a mountain you must climb and eventually as you climb, you enter the Dwarf city. You must settle a little bit of quarrel between the two supposed candidates for the kingship of Dwarf city and when they finally let you into the mines to fetch this dwarf woman, you are halted by Oghren, whom insists on coming along with you. That is how you get him.

No, I meant that Oghren hadn't hit and damaged it (whether because the ogre dodged the attack or he was just too far away). What I meant to point out was the weird animation bug/glitch just after his attack.

It's not a glitch, Oghren misses, monster counterattacks by pouncing on him.

Well, pausing at exactly that moment, I guess that's the case then. The animation just looks strangely abrupt, I can't really imagine a creature that size move so fast. I guess I'll just have to be extra careful dealing with the darkspawn from now on. :)
