Hi, this is not my pond. It's the pond in a greenhouse of a zoo. They got Red Tailed Catfish, River stingrays and Tiger Shovelnose Catfish in there

Yeah, me too. Tropical ponds are very rare in our moderate climate over here in Germany. I think, it's the same in Canada...

Wow a 540gallon tank... awesome. The almost most important thing is: give it a biotope theme. The most popular ones are: South America, Central America, Southeast Asia, Lake Malawi or Lake Tanganyika. To which one are you tending?

@n03lzz Yeah, thanks for the adresses. I'm working on a SA theme. Some wild Heckel and Rio Ica discus with some wild altums and other species from that area (keyhole cichlids, bolivian rams, etc)

I love keyhole cichlids, they were some of my first fish. Such a tank would be very very cool. Some rare L-number catfish...great.

They look like motoro stingrays to me though. I've never kept rays though.

Thats a lucky redtail though. Very few ever get that nice and ideal of a home. He looked HUGE! =)

Rays are kinda hard to classify, i think.

Yeah, it is huge. I'd guess about 4 feet long.
