I have these episodes everynow and then just like the rest of you guys. I try so hard to wake up and I just can't and when I do then there is this force that makes me just fall back and again I am caught up without being able to wake up. The noise that some people hear, I have heard it also maybe couple of times is like if it was some type of machinery next to my ear. And the voices, yeah I usually hear like if there was more than one person they seem to be having a conversation but whispering
@MrSalsa2011 i totally know what you mean about the force pushing you down over and over again and the machinery that we heard i have a theory that it's just our breathing and we hear more intensly.
i just had this happen to me lastnight. i kept drifting in and out of sleep but i kept waking myself up for some reason. i was kind of halfway having this dream and i woke myself up then immediately tried to go back to sleep and i was still thinking about the same dream and i literally felt myself fall asleep while i was still conscious. it felt like i was being pulled into a black hole or something..
@wafflekid1 once it started happening i tried opening my eyes. i could but just barely. i could see my room perfectly but i couldnt move. my room was really dim but my cieling was very bright and had this big light shining on it for some reason which wasn't really there afterwards. and the whole time i had this loud noise in my ears very similar to loud gusts of wind - like i was riding in a car with the window down or something. after about 30 seconds i wiggled my fingers and snapped out of it
@wafflekid1 i have had sleep paralysis numerous times now. probably like about 7 times. but this time was probably the oddest of all of them.. usually when it happens it happens when i wake up from sleep instead of going into it.. and i have never before heard noises while it was happening or hallucinated anything.
I've suffered from this too, at first i was scared to death because of my lack of knowledge on the matter. Now i just find it really hilarious when i wake up i laugh at myself and the things i did to wake myself up lol dont mean to offend anybody that is really having some issues with this but trust me I've suffered from this too and there's nothing to be scared about :)
Iv suffered from this for about 15 years now they still scare the shit out of me but it's funny one post says "you think your eyes are open but your asleep" I really thought I had my eyes open. I try to shout my girlfriend, I know I can't shout out properly but I feel like am making enough noise to wake her up but she never seem to help. When I was younger I really did think there was someone in the room with me, standing there just watching me!! When I tryed to tell my mum, dad, friends they j
Some years ago I experienced this once or twice. But for the last couple of days it's been happening EVERY TIME I go to sleep & it's horrible, it feels like you're going to die! I try to remain calm, but it's hard. You try to call out for help, but I can't even tell if my vocals work or not. And sometimes, I see myself 'moving' but then the same movement repeats, like a recording...if that makes sense. I'll come out of it, but suddenly fall back to sleep without control!
@mynameistaken07 yeah usually i try to keep calm but not this has turned into ludic dreaming for me...which is when you are aware of what is occuring in your dreams and you can control them however you like, im kind of getting the hang of it the other day i walked out of my house and went to get into a mustang that was parked outside and i said the keys were in my pocket...and there they were haha and i started the car up and drove it ....all in my dream ofcourse
Hey. I'm have these every now and then. I usually have them at the beginning of the sleep (unlike in your case) and when I haven't had plenty of sleep in the last days. Since I always sleep in pitch black I've never had visual hallucinations, but I hallucinate strange sounds, like voices, laughs, white noise, whispers, etc... and tactile hallucinations like someone trying to scratch me or tickle me. And of course the feeling of being unable to breathe enough. Not a very pleasant experience...
I also have these experiences. I believe every one of them holds a message and i f we look at the circumstances of each one then we can determine the message. However, that's not why I commented. I was wondering, did you purposefully make this video 3:33 minutes long. 3:33am is the time that I usually wake up to sleep paralysis, and I also hear it is the same time for other people's experiences. Sweet dreams :)
I have the same issues. I have calmed myself to know when it is happening and not be scared. I have taught myself to do little tricks, especially with a partner in bed. I can easily increase my breathing and he usually knows its a "dream". and digging my hand into their back helps. Even if they think it is a dream.. they will wake me. But most of all.. it helps to not be scared about it. I have had it happen for over 3 years , tough now to be overly scared about it. I know what you feel though.
First time I got it, I was 14 & I remember waking up but couldn't move & I was thinking a demon came through my window & I could hear voices......I was sooo scared I don't sleep that night . I'm used to it now an know what it is so I'm not so scared of it
this stuff is real and scary! how can ppl see and feel the same evil presence etc when they never met e/o? I never even heard of SP and i only found it cuz i searched my symptoms! this THING that attacks me has been slamming doors, banging on my walls, turning my tv on and off etc. I was praying the other nite,WIDE AWAKE AND I FELT IT COMING! i started using someof the advice from the site i went on and renouncing it, it helped a little but i cannot take much more! this shit is REAL not a disord
this is NOT at all what happens to ME!!! I am fully awake with my eyes open the whole time and look around and have actually timed my "attacks" and one lasted up to ten mnutes! It started out with just the not being able to move, yell for help, etc. but it got worse! now I feel and hear strong vibrations and start to levetate!!! wtf!!!! I am NO way doing this and the more I pray, the stronger the attack gets! I have read others and no way can u explain how ppl can see/hear the SAME worldwide!
My first experience was when I was 23 yrs old. It has happened for 5 yrs now. I usually have my eyes open. At times I hallucnate. If I tell myself to close my eyes and relax I usually can get myself outta it. Still scarey as hell!!!
@adsmith422 It happened around the same age for me. 4 years now. and as much as I think my eyes are wide open and i see everything that is going on.. im never too sure.
Yeh my first experience was when i was 12-13 i think, when it happened to me i had my dog on my bed and i was trying to call for him Haha i dont know why, whats a dog gonna do :)) but then i started hearing voices but i couldn't understand what they where saying it was like a crowd of people, but because it was my first experience i was trying to move but when it happens to me now i relax and im straight out of the sleep paralysis. got used to it now, doesent mean i like it though :))
The first time it happened to me, I was 13 years old. I remember waking up, not being able to move or speak, But I was staring at the poster on my door, and I SWEAR I heard someone say: "That wasn't so hard, was it?"
Scared the shit out of me, then I went to sleep in my mom's room xD
Yeah it is possible to wake me but usually I am faster to get out of it on my own before my partner even wakes up from my trembling fingers.
Sometimes I get it like every time I try to fall asleep...maybe 5-6 times in a row. I remember that I woke up then and cried and screamed because I was scared to go back to sleep...that was when I didn't know what it was. :-S
I get hallucinations too. Sounds and images, like I think I open my eyes and I can see the bedroom very realistic but actually it is only in my head and my eyes are closed. I also hear voices sometimes whispering my name, evil laughing, male coirs humming, thrilling bells, etc. and of course very realistic nightmares. It is weird what the brain can do.
It feels as if my body gets tighter and that i can hardly breathe, I hate it.
I didn't know what it is for like 14 years, I got it first when I was 15 years old, scared to death. By strong will I trained to get my fingers moving gently, tipping my partner's arm. First with my ex-partner for seven years, now with my new partner, actually soon-to-be-husband for the past six years and then they would shake me and wake me up. I was so damn scared to death, sometimes with hallucinations.
@Vogelfreundin thanks for sharing your expierence :) and i would hate it if someone shaked me awake ahhaha.... and what if forgot to mention was that i hallucinate sounds...somtimes songs or peoples voices.
@Vogelfreundin did the shaking actually help wake you up? i've been told that i'm dead as a dog when this happens to me, i always need to snap out of it on my own. but yeah it is a very strange experience, almost felt like i was about to die at times and then i wake up and everything is fine
@Vogelfreundin Yeah, I had reoccuring dreams of a murderer the past couple of years. and everytime I go through sleep paralysis he shows up. I've trained myself to move my arm and punch myself right in the hip. It works every time.

Maybe this is a new way for the outsiders to let you know that they exist and are there. I'm not sure.

The sounds in the background are very unsettling. I don't know if it's just the camera, or maybe outside noises, but it's very strange.
