Personally I think his hair is fun. And it's called "branding" - something to make you an instantly recognizable figure. Most actors, musicians, authors etc. do it to different extents.

It's kinda sad that the lead singer is STILL trying to make his hair look like that. It's really aweful, no wonder this band never got as popular as they should have been. Grow up for christ's sake...

I just started to listen to their earlier albums, and yes it does seem like they're from those times. They've changed, and yet it's not a bad change. I like both types of The Rasmus, their early works and their recent ones. :)
The first picture is from the back side of the booklet in the Peep album, as far as Jane hasn't been replaced by Aki, it is from the first era 'till "Hell of a tester". I agree with you, Rasmus have changed but they always remain on top (exactly as Laury's hairstyle!!!)
