"skylines" Silvias are associated with gangs, crimes, mafia etc in the Us and all around the world. Why? cuz it's a very powerful car, it's used for street racing which is illegal in the US. U'd be fine in Canada I think. If he imports it from Japan it'll have by name Silvia and probably police won't bother. Get a NSX if a silvia is too much trouble.

The VTEC is activated by a solenoid...so yes, there are electronics involved.

hmmm the duration of the vtec suggests that the motor is still n/a...
is it just an intake? sounds kinda like the aem v2...they give the vtec a very nice ring ;)

it stands for valve technology, and there is no electronics involved its all dony by oil pressure not electronics!!
