With proper cooling, the air-intake gives a bit more torque, but if it is inside the engine compartment it sucks too much warm air from the engine and then it doesn`t help much. So I rather stayed with the original filter and the car accelerates as good as this one.
Hmm, I'm having 2.5v6 mondeo, and by stock the air filter is there where it's on the car of this video. ..But the air it gets is not cold as stock. Stock air filter get it's air from outside the car, but if I'm having power filter in exact place than on this video, the engine is getting warmed air. The opposite side than the battery is, is heating pretty much. And I'm not sure which would be better, having power filter there than using the stock air filter which takes it air from outside room.
