It seems like Dave is getting more unserious about things and more nonchalant to what other at the location have to say about things, not only to his wife (as always) but others to now.

Anyway, I think he has several videos that are good for beginners if they don't take his word as a law becouse a lot of it is just not true when it comes to aerodynamics and that stuff.

But I do like the vids, the main thing is that they show that it is fun to have this hobby and that's important.

Dave, instead of a rubber spacer I used two sided mounting foam tape. It works good by holding the motor in place while rubber banding it, cushions the motor somewhat in a crash, and you can layer it up if you have longer elastics. Works good for me. Thx

You guys should put full fledged ailerons on your planes and rudder. I have a Mig 29 that looke just like the F-15. It can hover since it has the rudder and ailerons and elevators, instead of just elevons.

I use tiny strips of loop Velcro, (in 4 spots) on the back of the X mount, as a spacer. It kills vibration and sound too.
