Is it working in car? Mine is losing its calibration in 20 seconds when stowed in a car holder.... So it returns to "north up" orientation, which is very annoying during drive...
@freakaefari Yes, I am aware of that, thanks for your reply. But I would like to see "track up" orientation when no route is set, for wxample in the normal Map mode. I think the compass should keep its orientation more than 15 seconds...
i have nokia e52 - is the navigation by ovi free or i have to pay some fee?

@PPLFlyer if you use the navigation (when you follow a route) it always shows the road in front of you
(so it points to the north either way)

@PPLFlyer yeah, in a car (or any metal box) is that quite difficult, because the earths magnetic field is too weak to penetrate the metal
now think about it, i doubt ANY compass will work in a car.. (not sure though)

thanks, very informative, only sygic aura has that function too...really good when you need a quick direction with gps, standing still :)
