Yeah build it and let it fall apart like the former library. That money should go to completely renovating Gould Library up to code and maintain it as the main Library. Then build an auxiliary if needed. Shameful they let this deterioration happen and now ask for new money. Throw away the old and build something less beautiful, cheap, and then in 20 years find IT unusable. A gross negligence of the historical Gould Library warrants its' continued use.
