  • Glestain 10 3/4'' Gyutou Chef's 270mm would be better in you hands. If its alot of prep to do Glestain 10 3/4 is the knife i grab from my knife case. Nice work

    / chef bro

  • i have the gyoto and the sujihiki on this vid it's the sujihiki. bought on ebay at 'sjecicap' store.

  • is that the gyutou or the thinner slicing version?

  • I'm so turned on right now.

  • Like a boss bro!!! nice!!

  • I hate being a douch but...WARNING TO ALL NOVICE KITCHEN PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT A KNIFE TO MESS WITH. THIS KNIFE IS RAZOR SHARP AND CAN AND WILL TAKE YOU'RE FINGER OFF IF YOU ARE CARELESS...Having said that this knife is insane, If i didn't go with a Moritaka this wouldve been my 2nd choice.

  • I love my UX-10, but will always need a paring knive as well :-)

  • Did you sharpen it or is this the factory edge?

  • nice knife and nice skills

  • Thats a lot of diced onion. Thanks for this vid. What did you think about this knife?

  • @gongzee stil using it, I like it allot sharpness goes long, easy to sharp on a sharping staff

  • Excellent knife. If I only had one knife in the kitchen, the UX10 would be it.

  • beautiful knife, i was looking to get one just like it :)

    great knife skills!

  • Interesting variation on the claw technique. Did someone teach you that or did you just develop it over time?

  • self developed over time, i know it's the wrong way but it works for me.

  • Hey, whatever works, right?
