kenny, you still rock it!!! i've seen you countless times but my favorite concert was down on the seattle waterfront on the pier. i cannot believe people are accusing you of lip syncing this song. idiots. if they'd ever seen you live, they'd know that your mouth sometimes is almost shut when you sing. this was awesome. i loved you then and still love you...forever! please, if the plastic surgery rumors are true, stop! you are so handsome, and i love the way you have aged. don't change your face!

That might be the way to go my friend. I've seen some folks use a Kapo (sp) on it and still say they can't find the key. KL has a rare register where he can sing tenor, soprano and alto...

I do see two other guys, but I think maybe I'm hearing more and Loggins himself seems to be sort of mouthing some sort of visual compromise in one or two spots.

On the other hand my brother worked a Loggins show a long time ago and said he was the best singer he'd ever seen... so I can imagine that he picks his sidemen to be badass vocalists as well.

Took a couple days of back-brain processing, but it does make sense to me now. The keyboard guy (OK, we never actually see him singing, but he's got a vocal mic) is doing the tenor+ stuff, even the lead in a couple spots. Figures, it's hard to get older without losing the top notes of your range.

I'm a little annoyed that I'm hearing piano sounds when there's a big grand there with the cover still on, but overall it's a great performance.

Hey, that was pretty cool. Noticed the rhythm player had a laptop on the music stand, maybe he was playing a backup track on it. Or maybe it just had chord charts. Either way, that was some pretty fine sound for a live studio performance. Hats off to the band and sound guys.
