When I want to listen to music, I pop on some Sylosis, maybe some Devildriver... listen to a little bit of Destruction and Decapitation... when I want to listen to Art, I listen to Opeth, and have my mind blown. Theres something about opeth that differs them from anything Ive ever heard. A song is a song, its either enjoyable yet repetitve, corney and cheesy, or an average forgetable tune. An opeth song is beyond anything that another band could create, its timeless, beautiful, and full of depth

The protagonist then falls into a rage and goes on killing people in the village " Each and everyone would die at my hands" until he is captured "At last, weak and torn, I went down" and imprisoned, waiting for his execution (next song). He even becomes unconscious in between "Came with the moon, The wayward in conscious state".

So I really don't think that it took Melinda the whole night to die...
