i have to agree, but with less prejudice. The only reason people compare this to naruto is because they watch it so much that whenever they see a true art, they think it was inspired by naruto. News flash, naruto takes from true ninja technique and glorifies it like hollywood does. Just because it is shown on anime does not mean it is the wrong way of doing it. It takes an understanding of kinetics and directing the bodies inertia to do this complicated stuff.

with that meathod of running the hand pump is not as effective. Keeping them like that allows you to grip and use weapons on the run. Even when they are not occupied you should practice that. Then you learn how to throw knives of the fly (so difficult).

When ever you run up a wall or doing a flip make sure you turn your head in the direction you're going in.like when you run up a wall don't focus on getting aton of steps in.Foucus on looking up and running connecting your energy with the vertical surfaces mass Pay close attention to how u run as well that is all.Any questions just ask.-_-

The only thing that is learnable from this is the climbing in 5:25 but you need to roll when you land my friend. The shock when you land like that can hurt you in the long run so careful.
